The Role:You'll also work with our CRM, Customer Insights, Customer Services, and Technical teams to communicate any newpropositions to customers that may be thinking of leaving Orange. In your day-to-day role you'll work closely with thecurrent PAYG team and with the wider organisation to create and implement retention/loyalty strategies and programmes tostop churn.Must Haves:To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:- The ability to create propositions that are profitable, optimise customer take-up and are able to deliver resultsagainst set targets and objectives (EBITDA).- Examples of your ability to analyse results and information and then go on and learn and improve your offerings.- Be able to demonstrate how you have sold your ideas into stakeholders and delivered.Nice to Haves:It would be nice if you had the following:Be able to have innovative ideas to solve problems and have innovative ways to implement them.
