Description: |
You will be required to develop new business opportunities with a view to establishing consulting assignments in mediumand corporate clients. The role involves the whole sales project life cycle based around networking, canvassing andprospecting. You will lead the Access Infrastructure practice sales effort selling a set of products and services thatmeet solutions to business problems.Successful candidates will have a track record in selling solutions and services in the following technology areas:- Thin client and server based computing Citrix, Microsoft Terminal Services, thin terminals e.G. Wyse, HP, Neoware.- Microsoft infrastructure technologies which sit behind all this e.g. Windows Operating Systems 2000/2003 ActiveDirectory (AD)- Networking and thin client solutions Remote office connectivity, WAN, LAN and Internet connectivity, Wireless,traffic control- Secure access technologies - Whole Security EPS, authentication, SSL VPNs, VPNs, certificates, smart cards- Application technology Web applications, client server, portals, how applications are delivered in thin clientsolutions- Mobile Solutions PDAs Smartphones, 3G technology, Extended systems, AppswingWhilst the candidate will not know these technologies to a detailed level, it is essential that detailed knowledge existsin at least one discipline.
