Working for one of the UKs Leading Construction Companies with an annual turnover in excess of GBP 500m. They have a portfolio of prestigious projects, values can range from GBP 10m to GBP 100m+ Including Shopping Centres, Apartment Blocks, Highrise Offices, PFI and HotelsIdeal candidates will be an excellent communicator and will be computer literate. Qualifications : Construction related HNC/Degree or equivalent practical experience, Good written and verbal communications skills, Well-developed IT skills including MS Office, CSCS card, Minimum 10 years experience in a role for a major contractor, with a minimum of 3 years within a similar roleDemonstrable experience of working as part of a team to deliver successful projects Salary GBP 30-40k Benefits package to include Company Car or Allowance, Pension, Life Assurance, Bonus Scheme and 24 days Holiday.
