Our client is one of the largest and most successful privately owned construction, engineering and developmentorganisations in the north of England. The Group aim always aim to achieve total client satisfaction in everything theydo. Their services range from main contracting on a traditional design and build or related disciplines. The client pridethemselves on providing a comprehensive service within this sector from small office blocks, refurbishments to majoroffice park developments including mixed schemes and they are looking to expand their management team.The Role:Reporting to the Commercial/Project Managers, you will be responsible for all on-site activity including team leading,engineering briefs and health and safety management.Pivotal to the role, the candidate shall be required to manage various sites throughout the North.Challenges of the role will include:Financial control of the projects, working in the fast-track environment, negotiating rates with suppliers and managementof a maintenance team and sub-contractors.The Requirements:The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years experience of running large sites and have a good understanding ofsite structures.An excellent communicator on all levels with excellent time management. A motivational leader who wants to bringknowledge to their team.You must be degree educated in preferably civil engineering or commercial management/surveying.
