This well established software house are currently seeking a technical support engineer to join their busy support department. The main focus of your role will be to provide 3rd line technical support to customers and resellers as well as junior support staff. This role requires a high level of technical ability along with excellent customer facing skills and you will also be responsible for training new staff. You will offer a solid background of providing 2nd and 3rd line technical support with an excellent knowledge of all Windows Operating Systems and experience in at least one of the following technologies; Networking, Internet Technologies, Smart Cards, PKI Security Systems and Payment or CRM systems. It would be advantageous to have a Microsoft Certified qualification. Send your CV to Anna today!
