Senior Technical Support Engineer London (IP, Systems Support, Networking, system administration, engineering,telecoms)My client is a global solutions provider with numerous Blue Chip clients. They are looking for a Senior Technical SupportAnalyst with experience of IP, VPNs and who have extensive networking knowledge. Occasional travel will be required as you will visit customers sites when necessary to review oridentify problems.You will need to have: Min of 3 years experience of diagnosis and troubleshooting on systems & software Excellent knowledge of networking and configuring VPNs and routers Experience of working in Unix and Windows environments Oracle, SQL or other relational database (RDBMS) experience Experience of performing product installations and complex bug verifications IP experience Knowledge of design principles and proceduresYou will ideally also have: Bachelors degree in Engineering or Computer Science Experience of the Telecoms market 2nd language skills (bilingual) ideally French, German or Spanish Cisco or Jupiter QualificationSalary: To GBP 45k + Fantastic BenefitsClient offices are based in London.Commutable from: South West London, Central London, Greater LondonKey Words: Customer support engineer, OSS, Telecommunications, VoIP. |
