: Due to an ever increase in both size and amount of projects being awarded to the practice the successful candidate will need to be dedicated and hard working and highly experienced. The ideal candidate will have experience in projects up to GBP 5m+ in value within the Residential and Health Care sectors, with knowledge in Timberframe preferable. A knowledge and understanding of AutoCAD is also essential. You will be aware of the latest Building regulations/ Legislations. You will most likely be in charge of a team of two other Technicians. Perks will involve Performance Bonuses and the knowledge that you will be working within a practice of 30 Architects and Technicians that is at the forefront of its business. The potential to move up within via internal promotions is highly likely if the candidate shows true form and credit.
