Senior Quantity Surveyor - Cardiff - PQSThe ClientOur client is a long establish Private Quantity Surveyors Practice and is responsible for several pioneering installations across the country. Their work includes many different sectors including Education, Environmental Healthcare/Hospitals, Housing and Leisure.The Role The successful candidate will be working closely under and alongside their senior, on projects such as High Rise housing, amongst other building work varying in value from GBP 1 to GBP 30 million. The PersonWe require an enthusiastic individual who can enter the position and become a valued member of the organisation. The successful candidate must have experience preferably in Private Practice, be degree qualified and preferably be MRICS.The BenefitsThis position provides an excellent opportunity for the right candidate, as well as working for a long established practice, there is the option of either a company car or allowance and a salary in the region of GBP 35,000 to GBP 40,000 dependent on experience. |
