Description:

You will be working in a leadership capacity responsible for running the groups Windows server environment. Based in theUK in South West London but you must be willing to do some travel to other UK sites. You will be managing the day to dayactivity of a team of MS and Windows engineers, fault finding and repair on existing infrastructure components,architecture, design of new MS infrastructure components and re-design of existing components, integration of acquisitioninfrastructure, seeing projects through entire life-cycle to implementation and capacity and business continuityplanning.YOU MUST BE MCSE, with at least 4 years experience in a large (100 servers and up) environment with sound leadershipskills including the ability to delegate, prioritize and motivate the team. Mixed Server 2000 and Server 2003 environmentexperience, with significant demonstrable Active Directory experience, SQL Server IIS and general windows applicationsupport experience useful. Commercial awareness and ability to negotiate contracts as well as manage relationshipscombine all this with knowledge of working with thin client technology such as Citrix and you will be the perfectcandidate.You must have come from a background of supporting complex, mission critical windows environments, experience withworking with datacenters and running 24x7 operational teams.
