Description:

Our clients who provide software and IT services are seeking a Services Account Manager to join their team. The role willbe to grow our clients UK services business by selling to new and existing customers.Key Responsibilities Meet or exceed quarterly targets for services revenue and contribution. Build a good working relationship with the Services team Grow pipeline to ensure business goals are met on a quarterly basis Ensure we 'Exceed customer expectations' on every engagement Proactively promotes the services business internally and externally Develops reference accounts that are willing to complete user stories Demonstrates effective time management and prioritisationExperience Required A proven and quantifiable track record in solution sales. 4 years + sales experience of prospecting, developing and winning NEW business. Knowledge of the IT market (software or complex solutions). Have received structured sales training - ideally from a recognised company. Graduate or can demonstrate intelligence.Personal attributes Be highly motivated & passionate about the company and the value proposition. An exceptional relationship builder, able to communicate at all levels Expert in the field of IT and the application development life cycle Be a lateral thinker, with a positive mental attitude. Goal Setter and planner who follows through on their business plan Be a Team Player - interacting well with other members of the team Enjoys building new relationships and prospecting for new opportunities. Never give up attitude, going the extra mile to deliver above expectations
