: You will be repsonsible in this role for leading a business impact analysis to determine customer IT requirements in the event of a disaster, perform risk assessments on IT service components and identify appropriate countermeasures and Create and regularly review IT service continuity plan with customers as well as ensuring the IT service continuity plan is consistent with the business continuity plan.
