Service delivery/Customer Support Manager for growing software house

Leicester

Salary:

GBP 30,000 to GBP 35,000 per year (Holiday, pension, laptop, mobile)

Description:

To qualify you will have knowledge of establishing and/or managing a service delivery/customer support function, a goodunderstanding of both hardware and software, team leading/people management experience, knowledge of establishing andmaintaining SLAs/KPIs, excellent customer facing skills and ideally a knowledge of ITIL.This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual to establish themselves in a growing software house. Due to thefact that it is a new role that is also a large degree of autonomy.Certes appointments trades as an employment agency.
