My client, a pan-European Consultancy is in the market again due to continued success in their specific markets.This time, they are looking for a seasoned SLA / SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER to join their busy team.In order to qualify for this role, you will come from a strong SLA management background, coupled with strong ServiceDelivery within an ICT environment.Your principal accountabilities will be to work with the current team to develop the SLA agreement, develop the serviceand provide additional management capability and cover.You will be an ITIL Qualified experienced Service Manager, with ideally local Government experience, experience dealingin a unionised environment and dealing with a secondment model.This is a fantastic role working for a fantastic company and commands an excellent salary, package and careerprogression.
