My client is one of the UK's leading professional services and support organisations, specialist within both public andprivate sectors, they are undergoing rapid development. Following internal promotion they now require a new ServiceDelivery Manager.The successful candidate will be very customer focused and will be required to act as Service Delivery Manager with themain responsibilities being to manage a team of ePayment project managers and implementation consultants. This is not ahelpdesk position. The focus of the role will involve maximising team utilisation, defining and controlling SLAs andassisting in driving the business forward.This is a rare opportunity to join an established company focused on the Public Sector.
