The successful candidate will be very customer focused and will be required to act as Service Delivery Manager with themain responsibilities being to manage a team of ePayment project managers and implementation consultants. This is not ahelpdesk position. The focus of the role will involve maximising team utilisation, defining and controlling SLAs andassisting in driving the business forward.This is a rare opportunity to join an established company focused on the Public Sector.Candidates need to be based around the Greater Manchester area. This client is looking for candidates with fresh ideasfrom similar market places.
