Our client is a highly successful IT services company, currently on a growth curve and in need of an experienced andeffective Service Delivery Manager. This role will be involved in an innovative Europe wide delivery centre, implementinga standard organisational model reflecting ITIL processes. Activities include Technical Support, Production, Hosting andNetworking etc. Accountabilities include the following: ensure the achievement of service delivery revenue targets;support the business managers and sales force in winning new business, develop creative approaches to extend existingcontracts and maximise revenue from additional service delivery project work; work with European counterparts; own thevision for the development and application of transformation services; ensure the effective application of ITILconformant processes. Suitable applicants would, ideally, have 3-5 years management experience, relevant data centreoperations experience (notably including Oracle/ Windows/ UNIX), strategic thinking, vision, pre-sales experience, c10years service delivery experience, ability to construct commercially compelling offers, strong presentation andcommunication skills. |
