GBP 47,000 per year (47K + Car + Bonus)

Description:

Working for this communications integrator who have brought together a unique combination of network and storage expertise, telecoms knowledge and business experience to deliver IT and Telecommunications solutions that create business value for their customers. They require a Service Delivery Manager to act as the company interface for 1-3 major customers ensuring customer satisfaction through successful delivery of end to end managed services within agreed KPI's, maximising revenue opportunities and taking ownership of the Service Improvement Plans. An excellent opportunity, they require you to offer 5 years Service Management experience, strong business skills, experience of leading strategic level discussions at board level , preferably ITIL qualified and an understanding of ISO0999/2000. This role requires frequent travel and as such, you will be required to be mobile, you will also be responsible for staff on site (typically up to 10 personnel) managing customers with revenue in excess of GBP 3m.
