Service Delivery Manager (SDM) required for blue chip organisation in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. Paying up to GBP 38,000 basic. As the customers single point of contact, the understanding of the customers business is an important part of the SDM role and the SDM is required to build good working relationships, showing an interest and understanding of their business and individual goals, needs and priorities with the utmost professionalism. Demonstrating leadership and sound business acumen, showing consistency among principles, values and behaviour, thus building the trust and confidence of the customer and following through on commitments. You must possess strong management skills, an excellent understanding of Key Performance indicators and working to tight schedules and goals. The ability to motivate a team, and to manage the day to day issues and concerns of the onsite team is a must. You must have a minimum of 3 years experience with customer service and people management. |
