You will be working for this major systems integration firm as a Service Design Manager, responsible for working between the pre-sales bid team and the service management function. Its a large transformation programme for a key client and will involve delivery of service modelling exercises, service design input into bid and pre-sales activities as well as the provision of service delivery expertise to the pre-sales teams. They need someone who has a background in service management from a third party supplier aspect. Exp of delivering managed application and infrastructure services to customers and experience of inputting SM plans into bid activities.
