2nd Line Support/Service DesktopHertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company inHertfordshire as a 2nd Line Support Engineer/PC Support Service Desk. You would be expected to show flexible approach tosupport in both the areas. The suitable candidate would have to have knowledge of Windows 2000,NT, Novell and MS Office,and basic network skills. The ability to work under own initiative with solid communication skills is vital. Experiencewith Lotus Notes, Netware, LANdesk and Remedy would help but is not essential. Must hold full driving licence. This is apermanent role with a salary of GBP 15K+ |
