Manage the customer/company technical interface and provide monitoring and technical support of the product in service.Manage and balance the needs and expectations of the customer with the demands of the business. Within this, serviceprofessionals are responsible for ensuring all the Defence (Aerospace) products and services provide safe, cost effectiveand reliable operations.Contribute to the development of aftermarket and support strategy around the business, product, customerand industrial relationships.Co-ordinate and monitor specified packages of work within a given budget.Represent the company and actively participate in a team on or off-site to achieve deliverables.You will need to demonstrate personal commitment to travel in the UK and overseas. |
