Description:

The successful candidate is likely to have a good knowledge of Facilities Management/Cleaning Services. They will alsoneed to demonstrate a proven record of managing subcontracted staff in a quality focused environment.Candidates should have a flexible approach to their duties and be prepared to travel distances within their specific andsurrounding areas. Reporting to the Senior Service Manager the post holder will have responsibility for ensuring theimplementation of effective procedures and inspection regimes at the sites allocated to them. They will be required tomonitor staff and contractors in delivering best practice, ensuring health safety and environmental compliance andcontinual improvement of service provision to provide contract excellence at all times.Main duties:To allocate work areas to staff and do whatever is necessary to maintain service continuityTo ensure that all staff obey site rulesTo control issues, usage and budgets in relation to cleaning materialsTo monitor standard of work of all staff in areaTo liaise with Site Representatives on a regular basis
