: This leading provider of building and energy management systems and services that supplies building automation systems and components for climate control, fire protection and security, is currently recruiting for a Service Sales Executive to promote their building systems services. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the growth of this global organisation. Based from the Middlesex office, key responsibilities include promoting services to building owners by providing maintenance solutions and operational expertise; developing strong long-term relationships with customers; selling products and services to building owners and/or their representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets -particularly focusing on maintenance contracts. Other responsibilities and tasks include putting together competitive, high quality and timely estimates, proposals, and cost/benefit analysis; keeping good communication channels with internal teams; monitoring competitor activity; addressing client objectives and needs and providing technical/operational expertise to match solutions to customer needs; recommend maintenance solutions. A minimum of 2 years area sales experience in a service related field is essential, preferably within the fire protection or building management industries. The ideal candidate will be commercially and technically aware, educated to at least A Level / HNC level, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and also show initiative. This position offers a basic salary cGBP 30-35K plus 30% commission, company car and excellent company benefits. |
