Role and Responsibilities: Work with the recruitment team to raise generic and specific reqs in TAS. Manage the interview process with the resourcing coordinators and recruiters, including suitable room and facilities selection, candidate meet and greet induction and introduction. Act as main HR resource for competency-based interviews. Meet with technical managers beforehand to agree roles and responsibilities for the interview provide guidance on targeted selection questions and ensure consistency of selected questions for candidates / roles. Fully participate in the interview, including asking pre agreed questions, probing replies as necessary, note-taking manage scoring post interview and review sessions where more than one candidate/role involved Act as liaison between recruitment team and business facing HR to set up and progress offers Coordinate Offer Management: Working within set parameters to include internal market data, peer set comparisons to come up with a competitive offer for the candidate for approval by the HR A. Managing candidate needs related to offer: VISA or work permit requirements, relocation (international or domestic), and some familiarity with International Mobility and Immigration law, policy and procedures. The successful candidate will be supporting business as usual recruitment activity for UK, India, Singapore and Africa whilst assisting with the continuing implementation of Taleo to USA and Western Europe. Key Accountabilities: The HR Project Manager will be responsible for delivering a range of e- recruitment projects across the organisation. You will contribute to the continued global roll out of Taleo to the USA and Western Europe managing the full project life-cycle including developing business cases and project scope, managing systems development, managing UAT of both system build and integrations, and in country training to resourcing. You will manage the upgrade of Taleo to a new version Taleo 10 and will be responsible for managing the vendor relationships on projects. In addition to this, you will manage project plans, interdependencies, risks and issues to ensure delivery against required time, cost & quality standards and enable benefits realization. You will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships across business units, HR functions & internal/external suppliers. This will also include the analysis of current processes and looking for areas of improvement. This may result in re-designing processes and presenting these solutions to the business in order to gain buy-in for the changes. HR Advisor - (Management Information) required for my client based in Central London for a permanent role - £26.500 - £28.500 This is a busy role in a professional services environment. A key part of the role will be Management Information focussed with you extracting data and running regular reports monthly, quarterly, annually etc,- these typically cover manpower, headcount, resource availability plus the usual HR system reports (eg Starters Appraisal Statistics, Probation reviews) and ad hoc data for Bids/Proposals, occasional statutory returns and Salary Surveys. These are done either live on-line or via spreadsheets. You will also be responsible for maintaining Recruitment & CV Database and will be responsible for recruitment of non-technical staff, organising of interviews and occasionally assisting the HR Manager with Professional & Technical Resourcing/ Recruitment .
