Online Games Producer Role: You will lead the production of all internal web based games, the main focus will be on flash based games but other platforms will be used including Shockwave and Unity. You will be managing the production of a number of internal games and will be working with the lead designer to deliver each game. You will be following a development process where usability and play tests ensure the intended experience. You will also be responsible for monitoring the game statistics, customer feedback channels and competing products to constantly question assumptions. You will also be involved in creating and managing the game release roadmap and identify gaps in the development process and suggest and implement solutions. Experience You will need to have experience in producing web based games, you should have the ability to work in a team and be dedicated to your work. You should have strong communication skills and be aware of typical online game development cycles. You should also have a strong understanding of game design and have the ability to evaluate development risks and create contingency plans. Strong leadership skills are needed as well as the ability to clearly articulate complex game development project issues.
