You will have experience in driving through continuous improvementsand have responsibility for leading your dedicated team and motivating them to drive through efficiencies and ensuringthat K.P.Is are not met but not exceeded. You will also have responsibility for maintaining customer service levels,overseeing the quality of the product and Health and Safety.Educated to degree level or equivalent, with at least 3-5 years management experience. You will be an ambitiousindividual, with the ability to demonstrate natural leadership, communication and interpersonal skill.
