My client is a leading first tier automotive components manufacturer supplying the major OEM's. They require a Shift Manager to inspire leadership across 3 shifts, you will ensure that production, quality and customer satisfaction targets are fully satisfied. This will involved taking ownership of scrap, rework, productivity, housekeeping and safety, coaching and performance managing teams and solving wide-ranging problems. You will be a proven manager with automotive experience.
