At a Glance:Using your effective leadership skills, you will motivate and develop the team to achieve sales targets, whilst offeringthe highest standards of customer service so as to ensure the efficient running of the travel shop.What you'll be doing:For our customer:You will interact daily with customers to make them feel special and valued, and personally deal with any complexproblems that may arise so as to add a personal and professional touch, whilst supporting your team.For our company:Providing commercial vision, you'll lead and develop your team ensuring they consistently hit all targets and maximisesales.
