Description:

A leading Fabless Semiconductor company is looking for an Operations Manager, to define and build a manufacturingoperation structure, for a company developing as a global player in the wireless chip arena. Reporting to the VP ofSilicon Operations, key responsibilities will include: product supply planning and scheduling, coordinating with externalvendor resources, developing monthly build plans and ordering and scheduling WIP material throughout the wholemanufacturing flow. The ideal candidate will have experience in: Fabless semiconductor manufacturing logistics, includingturning sales and marketing forecasts into wafer forecasts, MRP systems specification, bring-up and operation (inconjunction with Management Information Systems) and managing production flows and inventory. Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills to enable daily interface with Quality, Product/Test Engineering, Accounting, Marketing andSales departments. Experience in working with foundry and assembly vendors in Korea, Taiwan and China. This is a seniormanagement position with International responsibilities and travel.
