The role is hands on andwill require flexibility from the candidate.The job entails: Planning and implementing the testing and characterisation of silicon RF devices. Documenting and distribution of test methods and characterisation results. Project planning, tracking and reporting. Liasing with foundry, customers, managers and engineers to ensure characterisation data is available within agreedtimescales.Qualifications and experience: Experience of RF measurements up to 2GHz in particular with OFDM modulation. Honours degree in electronic engineering or a related discipline. Excellent planning and organisational skills. Excellent written and oral communications skills. Experience with use and automation of RF test equipment. Experience of programming in Lab View. Self motivated and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Ability to quickly understand technical issues and discuss directly with engineers.
