An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Administrator / call logger / scheduler to join well established blue chiporganisation based at one of their prestigious offices in Sheffield.As a Site Administrator / Call Logger / Scheduler you will be responsible for recording work requests on Access onarrival, and updating system throughout progress of the request, Provide costings for equipment required using SCC/otherwebsites or by phone call, Placing purchase orders on Ariba (Buysmart) system, Sending out standardletters/emails,Updating excel spreadsheets/inventories.,Organising kit moves by courier/post room.,Answer phone/emailqueries and much more!
