Role is urgent and exclusive to Go IT Recruitment Ltd - interview slots available. Min 3 years exp in the online travel industry with a background experience in Air & Car, in a B2C business analysis role within an ecommerce environment. You will have extensive experience of capture requirements, perform analysis and develop use cases / scenarios, UML and XML is a must. Exp in look to book ratio - followed by 'improvements', website performance, web site metrics including drop-off rates, average transaction values, usability, online feedback, data analysis (data warehouse, trends), competitor analysis, business case development/commercial awareness. Exp in B2C E-commerce experience essential. Strong analytical skills to evaluate current performance and identify opportunities. Only successful candidates will be contacted.
