: SITE INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN RENEWABLE BIOMASS ENERGY BEDFORDSHIRE Excellent opportunity for you join this of UK market leader in the supply of wood-fuelled heating systems. Our clients main products are wood-fuelled boilers, turnkey boiler installations and contract renewable energy supply. As Site Installation Technician you will undertake boiler and pipework installation, commissioning and provide ongoing post-commissioning support to wood-fuelled heating installations. Key tasks will include: Planning wood boiler plant installation, including procurement of materials and subcontract services Preparation of suitable method statements and risk assessments (to standard templates) for plant installation work Pipe fitting installation and assembly, steel and copper With a demonstrable ability to read and understand plant layout drawings and heating installation schematics, you will have at least three years experience in a construction/mechanical services contracting environment or similar. Knowledge of a CAD package to read and edit drawings and create basic sketches would be ideal. |
