My client is an exceptional main contractor who is currently winning projects faster than they can build them. With aturnover of around GBP 70million they are looking at taking on over GBP 100million worth of work this year and in particularhave two exciting projects happening in the heart of London. They are both multi storey office blocks one of 12 storeyand one of 15 storey and require site managers who are more than capable of take control within commercial projects inexcess of GBP 20million. This is an extremely exciting opportunity for anyone who has good construction knowledge and wouldthrive off the challenge that a project like this could offer. Because this is such a prestigious project theremuneration will be particularly generous. |
