Site Managers and Project Managers are required for a leading construction main contractor! The company have very recently won two new contracts in North London. These include two GBP 10M new build schools. The Site/Project manager will be looking after the entirety of this project including the demolition, groundworks, fit out, M & E, build and finishing. You must have experience in running jobs of this size and be able to handle the workload involved. You will be responsible for the whole project life cycle, the subcontractors, labour and the best interests of the client involved. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a company that has a constant flow of work and excellent prospects for the future. The company operate across London and the South East so projects close to your home will be offered when possible. The team environment at this company is fantastic with everyone working together to complete projects on time and to a high quality.
