High Quality Site Manager required for High Quality Projects in the Central Belt! Our client operates at the upper end of the market looking after Refurbishment, Schools, Commercial and Industrial projects. The projects are worth between GBP 2.5M and GBP 3M. The majority of these projects are gained by repeat business and business to business recommendation. The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure the efficient running of contracts in accordance with the Project quality Plan and company procedures. They will need to ensure the projects under their control are completed on programme, within budget and in accordance with specification. The company needs a motivated team player with a willingness to develop their role within a team environment. Will be required to have the ability to carry out the following duties with a modicum of training and you must be computer literate.
