Site Managers Retail and Leisure National As a result of a forthcoming fit-out and refurbishment project with blue chip clients such as Sainsburys, Boots, Somerfield, and Debenhams my client are looking for addition site managers in order to deliver projects to the full satisfaction of their clients. The ideal candidate will have experience of projects with values typically in the GBP 250K to GBP 3Million bracket. The main scope of projects involve refurbishments and fit-outs however some experience of new build construction would be beneficial. Past Project Examples include:- Refurbishment - Debenhams - 3 Storey- Fit out - Home base - Mega store- Design and Build - Macro Self service wholesalers- Fit out - McDonalds - Existing RestaurantsThe successful candidate must have the ability to work with the existing client dedicated team on a nation-wide basis, be self motivated and flexible as this position will be site based anywhere in the UK (requirement to travel and stay in lodgings) An ability to solve problems and manage people is essential.
