Our client is a privately owned company with over 50 years experience of house building for the private sector and Housing Association clients. The company operates throughout the Home Counties on developments ranging from small single site projects to multi-phase neighbourhood schemes involving the provision of shops, schools, playing fields and other local community facilities.They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to work on a new build 44 unit, traditionally built housing development in Hampshire. In order to qualify for this position you must have a broad knowledge of house building, the relevant CSCS card and an impeccable Health and Safety record.
