Construction Main Contractor requires two competent and experienced SITE MANAGERS or SENIOR SITE MANAGERS to act as the No. 1 on a site based in the Glasgow area. The site manager will be responsible for looking after a brand new project due to start imminently. The project involves the new build of three new schools in Lanarkshire. This project is a PFI project for a secondary school, a special needs school and a primary school. The relevant candidate will have experience in concrete frame and piling as well as interior fit out and finishing. It is important that you have worked on projects including all of the latter. You must have a proven record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget. You must be have an up to date health and safety certificate either CITB or CSCS. These projects are high value so experience working on these is also important. You will be a team player as well as a strong leader.
