: Unique opportunity for Six Sigma Black Belts to implement change across a large engineering business, accelerate the pace of transformation and make a significant impact. You must be a 6 Sigma Black Belt with a detailed knowledge of DMAICT; a track record in delivering Six Sigma projects; and experience in large multi-functional and complex, multi-site organisations. You should be able to influence senior management and will have some background in complex engineering/production environments. These roles are for people with a proven track record in the successful implementation of projects in a large organisation. You will develop and deliver Six Sigma projects as directed; assume responsibility for local implementation of Six Sigma projects transferred from other locations; and deliver Six Sigma training and development. You will establish and set the priority for improvement projects in order to maximise efficiency and performance; work with the Master Black Belt and Project Champions to ensure appropriate allocation of resources; and develop processes to capture and assess appropriate projects for Six Sigma projects. You will act as mentor to Yellow and Green belts. Salary will depend on location, qualifications and experience but is likely to be in the range GBP 35-45K.
