Description:

Key Tasks & Responsibilities: Make an average of 80 outbound calls per day, representing 180 minutes talk time per day, to ultimately reach 30decision maker contacts. Issue an average of 10 quotes per day and ensure success rate exceeds 50% Maintain co-operative and productive inter-departmental relationships and procedures to deliver exceptional customerservices at all times Identify and close opportunities for value added services sales e.g. configuration, installation, Internet,professional services and leasing opportunities Take personal responsibility for and actively engage in product, systems and skills training and development In conjunction with the Sales Team Leader, create, monitor and revise lead penetration plans Take personal responsibility for determining and satisfying the dynamic product needs of your accounts, ensuring totalclient satisfaction as the basis for further business. Produce revenue in line with current company and individual targets Encourage: customer landing page (CLPs), volume pricing agreements (VPAs) and employee purchase programme (EPPs)with clients Uphold the Insight company core values When required participate in activities relating to: a) standard operating procedures, b)training and development c)performance reviews Communicate ideas for improvement aimed at enhancing performance and effectiveness at company team and personal levels Actively Participate in product focus campaigns, and promote Alliance partnersData ReportingThe data reporting requirement may vary from time to time to meet changing requirement of the business but generallyinclude: Account profitability and returns/call back status Updates and status on tenders, quotations, orders/sales and daily contactsThe above list is not exhaustive and you may be asked to undertake reasonable additional duties/projects by theDepartment Manager or Director.
