Click here to view current Electrical / Midlands & Middle England jobs.  Job Details: Title: Snr Test / ATE Engineer Location: Derbyshire Salary: GBP 30,000 to GBP 37,000 per year Description: This leading organisation seek an experienced Snr Test Engineer, skilled in the testing of Semiconductors.You shall require strong IC Mixed Signal / RF production test experience, have ATE development skills, in particularusing Agilent, Teradyne, Credence and LTX systems as well as having experience of NPI for RF, Analogue or Mixed SignalSoC Devices.You will also have experience of High Volume Semiconductor manufacturing, product characterisation and qualification,yield analysis & improvement and statistical reporting, and it will be highly beneficial to have experience of working ina Lab environment as well as having strong knowledge of LabView, HPVEE, Labwindows and C/C++ programming.
