This vacancy is to work on the web based systems and so experience of development web based enterprise systems is therefore desirable. The technologies used in the main are Microsoft based - .NET, VB, C++ and C#, Windows Server, plus MS SQL server, web services, etc. Experience of other Microsoft enterprise software such as Sharepoint, Identity Integration Server, BizTalk is desirable, but training will be given where necessary. The jobholder will also need to understand the role that other teams from around the company play in these projects. Good people skills are therefore important in this role.
