: For consideration for employment for the above post prospective candidates are required to have the following: Essential Requirements: Strong C++ skills Degree 2:2 or higher Good understanding of object-oriented design Ability to solve problems and an awareness of how to find out information Desirable experience would include: Symbian OS experience Knowledge of wireless industry Familiarity with Microsoft Windows NT 4 or later Experience in the full development life-cycle Knowledge of UML and software such as Rational Rose Knowledge of Java (MIDP) Knowledge of Messaging and Communications technologies All candidates must be prepared to travel and work away, as projects demand, for prolonged periods, possibly up to 3 months at a time.
