Software Development Manager, Telecoms, Bristol. Our international client is seeking a software development manager withexcellent technical skills. Managing a focused team of engineers you will have strong software engineering knowledge andwill have previously been responsible for developing real-time systems where performance is an issue. Even though you maynot currently be hands-on you must be comfortable getting involved in architectural meetings and be confident managingnew product development from scratch. In addition to your superb engineering skills you will be used to managing a teamof developers and being responsible for training, appraisals, etc. This is a great role for a software developmentmanager who would like to work in the fast moving telecoms environment.
