: Working in a multi-disciplinary team providing the hardware/software resource for new product development and existing product improvements. Your first project will be the development of the drive electronics and control system/software Skills 2-3years' experience as software/electronics design engineer working within an industrial product development team; Highly proficient in embedded design using "C" software; Strong working knowledge of the following microprocessors: 8051 and ARM7; Previous experience of digital design, specifically in relation to designing and developing control systems. Preferable:Experience of high speed processing; Some analogue design experience; Working knowledge of front end GUIs for PC-based applications; Understanding of interfacing protocols for industrial equipment such as Cambus and Profibus. Qualifications: 1st degree or higher in Electronic/Electrical Engineering/Software |
