The idealcandidate will have a minimum of 1 years technical helpdesk experience and have good working experience of MicrosoftOperating Systems and Applications. Knowledge of hardware (Desktop PCs, Laptops, Thin-Clients) and networkingtechnologies and protocols (Routers, Hubs, Switches, TCP/IP) is essential.
