A new position for a Software Quality Assurance engineer to join a large multinational company developing Set top boxes has arisen. Candidates will have a minimum of two years post graduation testing or working in a QA department. Experience can be gained in any sector, multimedia set top box experience is not essential but would definitely be a plus. Experience with C/C++ language and scripting tools and languages. Exposure to Issue Tracking and Version control tools desired.Duties and responsibilities to be undertaken are the definition and implementation of test plans and scenarios for various projects, setting up of test infrastructure to enable efficient and thorough testing, and to interact with engineers not only onsite but in various locations abroad. |
