Description:

Our client, a well established and market-leading supplier of sophisticated software solutions, works extensively in thehealth and medical sectors. This fast-growing company has urgent vacancies for two Support Analysts / Consultants whowill be responsible for the support of all customer systems. The role includes dealing with customer faults in aprofessional and efficient manner, escalating them to the appropriate manager and following standard procedures at alltimes to ensure the companys standards are maintained. The individual appointed will be expected to resolve faults wherepossible and to identify fault trends. You will manage faults, log and edit these and ensure all logs are legible andprofessional. You will deal with faults in the correct order and ensure all flags and priority levels are set correctly.Training will be provided on the customer database and on the clients system.
