Due to continued growth, my client requires a Software Support Analyst / Helpdesk Support Consultant. Responsible forsupporting software products you will be office based and communicate using email, telephone and online support tools.You will be the first point of contact so good communication skills are essential, as are problem solving and analyticalskills. You will have previous experience with bespoke application support and some exposure to development languages(e.g. C#, VB, VC++, Delphi, JAVA, SQL, etc.). Writing help files and training documents would also be part of the role.Salary: GBP 16K to GBP 20K + Benefits. Start date: ASAP.
